Warranty Coverage and Duration

Softboards: Covered for 30 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes damage from abuse or natural wear and tear.

Traction: Guaranteed for 30 days against factory and material defects, as well as workmanship. Does not cover incorrect application or natural degradation.

Leashes: Guaranteed for 30 days against defects from manufacturing or materials. Excludes damage from misuse, fin cuts, or natural wear.

Fins: Covered for 30 days for any defects in factory or materials, and workmanship. Exclusions apply for incorrect handling, wear and tear, or abuse.

Warranty Claims Process

• Online Claims Only: All warranty claims must be submitted through our online claim form.  

• Outcome: Claims will be reviewed and approved at our discretion. Valid claims may result in product replacement or a discount code for future purchases.

Important Conditions

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for warranty claims. A discount code will be provided for approved claims.
• Proof of Purchase: Please provide a copy of the sales receipt with your claim submission.

Product Care and Disclaimer

• Softboards: Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. Use protective covers to extend the life of your board.
• Traction: Clean the board surface before applying traction. No need for wax with our high-density EVA grips.
• Leashes: Avoid wrapping the leash around your board to prevent kinks. Regularly inspect for damage.
• Fins: Rinse with fresh water after use. Store safely while traveling to prevent damage.
